The hiring process was standard like most other companies. First, the HR person called and asked to briefly walk her through the resume. Then, I was called for the next round with the hiring manager. The hiring manager was very friendly and I was not cross questioned. After the interview, the hiring manager took me to the shop floor and discussed a couple of projects and after getting back, he asked the HR person to offer me the position.
