Interview
Three managers sit you down in a panel like scenario and ask all encompassing questions about your experiences/ life. None of the questions are incredibly difficult. It may seem a little bit intimidating but it really isn't.
I was asked if I would work in any weather, be on time/have good attendance, and could lift up to 50 pounds on my own. Then I was asked 3 star format behavioral questions.

Describe a time you had to adapt.
Describe a time you dealt with a stressful situation at work.
Describe a time you had to be organized well.
Straight to the point and basic questions. Tell me about yourself? How do you handle a stressful situation? Can you deal with changing weather
Then the interviewer will conclude with a typical week of a courier
Standard interview questions. You get called for interview and get asked questions about what you would do in a situation and what the results of your actions were. Answer in star format
