Not much of an interview process at all. Only wanted to know about schedule availability and how able you were to complete the physical requirements of the job. Very simple and straight forward.
Mostly based off work history. They seem felon friendly. I do not have a criminal history. Personality test not difficult. They responded within 4 weeks. Haven't been there physically or meant face to face.
Super easy process—mostly online application with basic questions about availability, ability to lift 50-70 lbs, and fast-paced work. No tough interview; quick hire after background check. Positive and straightforward. Definitely worth it.

“What shifts/hours are you available to work?” or “Can you work early mornings/nights/weekends?”
No interview or drug test only background. They keep you updated throughout the process. Hr contacted me after two weeks due to weather. She described details about the position as well
