First applied through Seek in June, and very quickly had a 45 minute online interview. This was pretty generic. The next stage took about a month wait until my in person interview. This was a 2 hour interview, with a 30 minute iq test, general questions about experience, behavioural questions, then some pseudocode, sql, and brain teaser questions on a whiteboard.
To prep, I scrolled through all the previous interview reviews here, and alot of the questions I was asked have already been mentioned below.
I found out I had gotten the job the next week.
It was a very quick process. I recieved a reply back within first two days of applying and scheduled a phone screening within a week from the email. Recuriter asked pretty average questions.

3 intervies
- Initial Screening: 15 minute call to verify you can relocate as needed.
- Behavioral Interview: Basic OOP questions, re-emphasis on if youre willing to relocate, team and customer-facing behavioral questions.
- Technical Interview: Interview with an Implementation Consultant. Iq test, psuedo-code activity, logic questions. Explain resume experience and answer any questions you have.
