Interview process went well. I was out of state for school so I only did a phone interview. However, I know some of my coworkers came in for a panel interview. Everyone throughout the process was really nice (recruiter, managers, etc). Would definitely recommend this internship to other college students. They really teach you a lot.

It was very casual, but I had to explain my experiences in working with people, and have an example of what type of "conflict" I had to resolve in a group or project setting. It was a copy paste of a normal interview, but it went more into the introspection of conversing with clientele and was more focused on my productivity and socialization skills
