Virtual interview… first was phone call then was zoom. Met with branch manager and VP of Sales. Extremely friendly and casual conversation… nothing like a scary, formal interview. Asks about experience, loan volume, where you see yourself in the next year & 5 years, why you’re looking for, what questions you have, etc.

HR interviewed for first round over the phone. One of my best interviews. Easygoing, one-on-two interview, via FaceTime for 2nd round. Long and thorough. I wasn't as enthusiastic about the process for which the design work would be handled.
