I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fairway Consulting Group (Orlando, FL)
Interview
1 phone call with recruiter
Then a day with 3 interviews with various individuals on the hiring team (ex. First interview at 10am, second at 11am etc..)
Then interview with head of operations (more of the of old school boring traditional interview style)
Then you have to pass a personality test.
I had a great experience before I got to the head of operations interview. It was scheduled around the time most people typically take a lunch break. I felt like interview fatigue definitely got to me by that point which could have impacted my impression. After the rejection I couldn’t help but feel confused because I was reassured that I had one of the strongest backgrounds out of the other candidates by members on the hiring team. I definitely would have loved to work for this organization and would have accepted an offer it is was on the table. Just wanted to provide my feedback with the interview process since I did invest a lot of time that I unfortunately will not be able to get back.

Question 1
Why are you interested in fairway consulting group?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fairway Consulting Group (New York, NY) in Oct 2020
Interview
I met with a lot of great people. It was quick and easy. You could feel the culture coming through on the video calls and it was clear that they were thoughtful in their questions.
I applied online. I interviewed at Fairway Consulting Group in Oct 2020
Interview
Drawn out, disorderly and unnecessary. I had 8 separate rounds with each member of the leadership team (including the founder and the president) for an entry level position.
I never received follow up email and the company clearly had no intention of reaching out to me. I had to reach out after my last interview to gather more information.
