Very thorough and interviewer was kind and fair, honest. Shared a lot of insight on company culture. Spoke about good vibes and good service. I enjoyed my interview. It was casual yet professional. Made me excited to work for the brand.
The interview process was straightfoward. The first interview is filled with lots of basic and situational questions. The second interview is with another team member to get a better understanding of if you will be a culture fit.
Manager was personable and thorough. Wanted to know more about you as a person and how you connect with the mission of the brand itself. The mission and values are at the core of importance for the company.
