The recruiter reached out to me on Linkedin. The process took 2 weeks from first interview to final offer. I had total 3 interviews. One Technical, One Case Study with the Manager and then final Managerial/Behavioral where they offered me the job

Question 1
Technical Interviewer asked me questions related to my project, some technical tool based questions required for the position.
In the case study round the manager gave me a product sense case study and asked my approach. He was more focused on how I will approach to a problem than solution.
If you do well in first two rounds most likely third round is easy. Just about why factspan? why this role? (I was interviewing for a specific role [Products] ) why you think you are the good fit? about relocation etc

Unprofessional, slow, cheats and random interview process. HR are lost about the process, call unannounced on WhatsApp at 1 am, interviews are very random. No clarity provided about the job role

It was 4 round process. I already had a friend working here and they had proposed to me this idea. One day I just decided that I want to pursue.
1st round with HR on basic expectations
2nd round with the tech team on understanding of statistics and required softwares
3rd round with a Sr. Executive on problem solving and case-studies
4th round with the CEO on understanding my mindset
