I applied to FXCM online and a few days later received an email to set up an interview. The phone interview was pretty basic, asking me questions about my resume, and my interest in FXCM and the foreign exchange market. I felt like it went well, but a few days later received an email saying that they had decided to pursue other candidates.

Arrive on time, but need to wait in a queue to be called. 2 interviewees sit next to the meeting table, but not dress like any managers as formal suit.

It was really professional interview, they asked about the market, their business, the guy interviewed me was really great but harsh. The question was on point and I think you should prepare more to this interview.
