Pretty straight forward for an entry position. One simple interview to see if there was a match or not. Was a seasonal job, so they weren't looking for the perfect candidates.

How do you approach supporting a frustrated customer?
They just wanted to make sure I could use a computer and have basic empathy for upset customers. It was a straightforward interview along with a “words per minute” basic typing measure.
