Applied and within a day received an assessment to take. next was a virtual interview with the HR person, next step was a virtual interview with COO and another BDM. References were checked at this point and last step interview was with the owner. Process took about 2 -3 weeks

Typical interview questions pertaining to sales positions. when the owner had his interview he was more looking at a culture fit. his questions as he put it were "unorthodox" they were tell me about a time you were resilient in your personal life. tell me about a time when you sacrificed personally in your personal life.
