Thorough. Behavioral as well as questions about my background and experience. An hour being questioned by four directors. At the end they admitted they had a lot of internal interest and probably would hire from within the company. Never heard from HR.

Interview
Had three rounds of interviews, did not receive offer. That in itself is perfectly understandable, but being ghosted after three separate rounds of interviews and multiple hours invested was an odd and impersonal choice. I followed up the next week with the hiring manager directly and got no response.
