The interview process was smooth and the interviewers were motivating and supportive. Make you feel comfortable and give you time to think and review your answers. Overall Good learning experience.

Interview
El proceso fueron 4 fases, en las primeras fases es enviar un correo respondiendo preguntas generales, y ademas enviar un video. Despues es una test en linea con preguntas medianamente dificiles, una vez terminado esto hay una dinamica con todos los seleccionados hasta ese punto. Por ultimo hay una entrevista cara a cara con dos trabajadores de fico, los cuales hacen la entrevista mas complicada a mi parecer.

La pregunta era modelar a grandes rasgos el funcionamiento que deberia de tener una herramiento de fico, y como esta interactuaria con el cliente, otros servicios de fico y herramientas externas, tienes que modelar paso a paso a la vez que comentas lo que haces y por que y ellos te hacen preguntas sobre lo que haces

FICO has 2 interview rounds.
1. HR or semi technical round, just to check your working knowledge and behaviour.
2. Second round was intense technical round about 40mins. They will grill on your resume, experience, projects, and skills mentioned on the resume.
