I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Eyeview (New York, NY) in Oct 2015
Interview
Initial phone screen with HR. Went onsite to meet with hiring manager and CPO. Then phone call with lead data scientist in Chicago. Then finally onsite again to meet with VP and SVP of product management and supply chain. Overall interview process was not very technical, more focused on experience and fit. After all interviews, HR called in 3 hours stating I was the top candidate and would have offer pending approval from company. However, 2 days later, I was not given the offer. HR did ask about my salary expectations, and I told her the salary I was getting from my outstanding offers. The company perhaps couldn't match it and decided to not extend an offer.
