It was typical call center questions "tell me about a time..." be specific. The guy was really friendly and when your at the security desk they're very courteous? Oh and they said I would hear from them in 3-5 days and I had to call on the 6th day.

Having 10 years of collections experience And worked several years in a call center, Exeter told me I was under-qualified for this position. The recruiter told me they were only looking for 1 year of call center experience. The managers who interviewed me refused to answer my questions, said I had to speak with the recruiter.
