Excel Property Management interview questions

I came in, the woman interviewing me (she is no longer with the company) was extremely busy answering emails - she started filling out hire paperwork but hadn't really asked me any questions! I asked her why she chose me, she said "If you've got your NC Real Estate License, you can do anything."
