very informal, awful process we had to meet in a pub and the interview was very much like "do you dive?" "yes" "you're hired'
I felt like it was a company that doesn't have a great reputation for their staff so for that reason I won't be working for them
Pretty straight forward was just told the process on how to deliver and how to use the navigation app. Also how to organise the parcels when putting them in the car for efficiency.

Was asked when I was available and for how many parcels.
Revived a call, came in for an onboarding session with others. Downloaded the courier app, learnt how to navigate the app and stuff. Not really an 'interview' process, as it is a self-employed role.

there wasnt one neccesary for the role of a lifestyle courier. i just had to complete an online test and id check, and then i was given the job. i did have to do a training day
