In short, I interviewed in Fall 2021, the process involved several rounds of interviews, and at the end I was ghosted. Interview Process (30 min/person): Round 1. Phone screen with recruiter. Round 2. Zoom interview with hiring manager (VP). Round 3: Four separate Zoom interviews with supervisors/managers from various departments (Lab Ops, QA, R&D, etc.). Round 4: Informed it would be a presentation to the C-suite and I would be provided with details shortly. Never heard anything else after that despite numerous follow ups. Overall, the interview questions were pretty standard for a R&D scientist role. Majority of the people I spoke with were engaging, polite, and easy going. One manager seemed unaware of what position I was interviewing for and asked me questions more directed towards a Clinical Scientist (licensed position in a CLIA lab). As a result, I did not know an answer or two to some CLIA related questions, and the manager actually attempted to scold me for it.
