Somewhat informal, though informative. This was a couple of years ago, but the hiring manager (if you could call that person such) seemed pretty desperate to look for the first or second guy who would apply here. In fact, he told me out of 200 phone calls, I was the only one who answered, so he gave me a phone interview in addition to an in-person interview that included the boss' participation. After he reviewed my qualifications, and after I accepted the job, my position changed along with some of my responsibilities--I was not going to be a "Customer Service Representative" which I applied for, but more like a project manager
