Interview
Initial contact via email went very smoothly with prompt correspondence. Group interview with six potential candidates led by two hiring facilitators. Questions were asked and answered by each candidate. We were encouraged to get to know each other. It was a nice experience.

Interview
I was asked a couple questions, and then I was hired on the spot. I had to fill out an availability time card during the interview. The entire interview was fairly informal. They just wanted to know my personality and ability to see if I was a good fit for the company or not.
