Panel of 6 people. Very friendly even though professional. They asked questions about motivation of applying, time when i thought outside the box, challenging situation and how i managed it. They also tested my knowledge of my second language.

Technical plus non technical interview with different levels of hierarchy, 4 standard questions and then about my background . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
We started with a short chat, followed by questions on my CV and job-specific qualifications. The main part were topical questions about the job, the policy area and the DG.
