I applied online. I interviewed at Esri (Broomfield, CO) in Jan 2014
Interview
It was a 3-step interview process. First was a call from HR in Redlands, which covered the basics of the job and clarified the position. The second was an interview with the manager of Solutions Engineers. More of a technical/personality interview. The third was the beast. An all-day interview with 6 different people within Esri, along with giving a 15 minute presentation on a topic.

Question 1
Be ready to answer the same question multiple times. I feel like the most unexpected question was "If you are NOT chosen to work here, how would you convince me otherwise?"
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Esri (San Antonio, TX)
Interview
It took very long to hear something back in between each phase. There were multiple interviews. Email questionnaire, then phone interview, then video interview. Finally, in person interview with managers.

Question 1
How does your experience prepare you for this role?
Three interviews. Recruiter had horrible communication. Went to an office for 5 hours just to find out I didn’t get the jobs after days of waiting. They even gave me a full office tour….
Easy and multiple steps with hiring manager and team you are interested in joining. Just be yourself and talk about your experiences and how GIS is the best thing ever.
