Went through 5 half hour phone interviews and then they flew me out for 1 day interview. After that never heard from them even though they said twice they would let me know within two weeks if didn't get job. After emailing twice, finally let me know Thanksgiving Eve that I did not get job.

Interview
First, is an initial phone screen describing company and job with a few basic personality and experience questions. Next, is a technical phone interview, which can be daunting but is designed for you to think on your feet and adapt. Third, another, more detailed phone interview about experience and goals, and esri culture. Finally is an all day on site interview that consists of multiple interview styles. These include basic personality and experience questions, writing test, problem solving and riddles, and technical skills.

Great interview process. I went through 5 interviews before receiving an offer. The first 2 interviews were over the phone, the next two were over skype and the last one was once again over the phone. It is lengthy and took me about 5 - 6 weeks from online application to job offer. Everyone during the process was kind and showed genuine interest in finding the right person for the position.
