- Requires craft demonstration on a very complex topic. The topic discussed is currently sold as a solution by external consultant in the market. Any tasks that take more than 2 hours at interview stage is not acceptable. I feel like a free labor.

Interview
Started with a general phone interview with HR as usual. Followed by an interview with the hiring manager, another panel interview, and then 3 separate ones with each of the panelist (a total of 6 interviews).
Was asked to deliver a take-home gap analysis between the company’s sustainability system with a recent sustainability framework for the panel interview. The task itself is a consultancy service which can be currently found in the market.
Despite the friendly interviews, the hiring team needs to redesign the task assigned to candidates and stop the free labor. The time cost for any failed candidates is simply too high.
