I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Envoy Air (Chicago, IL) in Sep 2016
Interview
I received and email inviting me to an interview. They started talking about the company, benefits etc... In the conference room there were 4 girls and 3 guys. They started calling by a list. First 2 girls got hired at the moment.. I was exited because for what I was seeing I had high expectations, I was the forth person to be interviewed. They asked basic questions which I answered with my past airline experience, that I thought I would be hired too but sadly I did not. I was truthfully sad. I asked my self why? If I have experience, I know how this industry runs. Maybe they tought I was a fragile woman for this position or maybe they are looking for something else.

Easy interview, not that bad of a process, just make sure you pass the cabin cleaning test, they will fire you on the spot ! Which is kind of messed up

Next is a group interview where they ask a series of the same questions to everyone in the room going around the table for responses. They then offer the position to everyone in the room, and you continue you're background check information.
