No proper interview process. Delayed responses and after that no response. Complete ghosting. They expect to onboard candidates on lower salaries and asking them to do the company’s work before even giving out the offer letter or even getting a confirmation about employment. and post this they ghosted. I don’t know what is going there. Even after giving each and every piece of information they needed all they did was GHOST!!
