The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Burlingame, CA) in Nov 2011
Interview
The person who interviewed me at 8:30am was late and apologized. I understood and went on to explain my work experience with a few examples of things that happened in the past. He asked me if I had any questions and didn't really ask me anything else. It was nice that they did send me a rejection letter in the mail the very same day. But it didn't have much explanation just that they had selected another candidate.

I applied online. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Baton Rouge, LA) in May 2017
Interview
Open house interview, very smooth the questions weren't intense but I knew I was in the running for getting the job I even met the head manager. Everyone was very pleasant. My only problem was the background check! I had a ticket that didn't fall off until Jan 2018 so make sure your driving record is clean other than that Enterprise is great
