The interview process is lengthy but fairly easy. Prepare for the typical interview questions. You will get a lot of questions regarding how you would manage a team. Easy process, very friendly, and let you know what the day-to-day is like. Two-three step interview process. First with talent acquisition, then with the area manager, then possibly the group rental manager

3 parts - managers, clietns facing - meeting with the team and then sitting down 1 on 1 - I do not like picking up other peoples trash. Long hours, pay is low but long term growth
