Upper management you will work with interview me and shake your hands and we will you in a week and they never call. I do believe I did get hire or a call back because of my features I am 5 feet tall and a woman. I have the ability, experience and education to do the work.

Interview
I had two interviews. First was online second in person. First was informative and to get a sense of my experience. I got a great impression of the company and was eager to learn more. Second in person also went smoothly and I really enjoyed meeting some of the Team members and seeing the facilities.

I was interviewed by mean of HireVue and was given an opportunity to showcase my skills, experience, and personal talent regarding AV and technology experience. After being contacted for a second interview at the location I was personally interviewed by a Panel of directors, after during which I had all of my questions answered and was excited about the prospect of working with Encore Global.
