Applied online and was asked to do a video interview 2 days later. A little over two weeks after I was contacted by the Director of Sales for an in person group interview split up into two sessions (one with the the higher ups and one with the sales team). In 10 days I had a Skype call with the Regional Sales Director. I was offered the position the day after.

The interview process was organized and transparent. It included an initial screening, followed by a structured interview that covered previous experience, key competencies, role expectations, and team dynamics, with opportunities for questions throughout the process.

They asked what strengths I would bring to the position.
Candid. Flowed well and asked basic questions.
The interview was held at their office location which is typically a resort or hotel chain. Typically not inside the actual sales office - this is a space they provide to the company

Interview
It was overall a great experience. It was two rounds, one online and one in person. It was very conversational and friendly. Managers also cared about your personal expectations and goals.
