After submitting my application on July 6th, I was contacted by a recruiter same day to schedule a phone screening. The phone screening took place on July 11th and an interview with the CNO and a nurse manager of the facility was scheduled via Microsoft Teams for July 13th. During the interview, I wasn't asked any questions aside from what tasks I performed in my current role and then was told what's expected in the role at their organization which aligned. Was more of another screening than an interview. On July 14th, I received a text message from a different recruiter stating they would like to move forward but need references. My references completed their surveys by July 19th and then silence.
