The interview process was very well-informed and on point. There were many questions about why I chose receptionist as an entry-level job. I wanted to get my foot in the door by starting slow and getting used to the receptionist position's many opportunities.

Interview
The interview was in person with the communications manager. It was a great environment. At the time there was COVID-19 going around so having proper precautions like being 6 feet apart and a mask was mandatory.

Tell me about a situation where you needed to manage an upset individual at the reception desk. How did you handle it? A person calls and asks to speak to someone who isn’t available to talk. What do you tell them so they will feel you are doing your best job to enable them to connect with the person they want to speak to?
