The initial contact was an email from a recruiter who invites you to participate in an online video recording interview (replaces the initial phone interview). You are required to complete this interview at any time within 48 hours of receiving the email. You log on and can practice recording yourself with practice questions. When you start the "real" interview, you are asked 6 questions about why you want to work there and your previous experiences. You can prep for an unlimited time and record for 2.5 minutes for each question. After this interview, I was told they were considering other candidates.
