Two interviewers in the call, a lot of behavioral questions and a couple that specifically look for “bad situations”. For example, how did you fix a relationship? Also, had an odd question they started off with, could you explain the interests on your resume?

Interview
Simple one on one interview with a senior actuary. It was all behavior questions and they did not ask any crazy questions. The interviewer did a good job of making the interview flow like a conversation.

The interview process was somewhat intimidating and not comforting. As a position geared towards college students, the process was surprisingly not as student friendly as I expected. They were clearly already looking for more experienced candidates for what is a less than entry-level role.
