Eigen interview questions

Got a phone interview the other day after applied. it was a lady calling me and asked a few questions: introduction of myself, my skills in customer service, why do you think you can fit in the position and my expectation of salary (think it's a bit odd in a phone interview but she insisted even though I tried to avoid giving out a number)
