Had Teams Interview with Talent Acquisition. Asked me why I thought this job was the right fit for me. I explained my answer and my approach to leading a Finance Function. Talent Acquisition immediately cut off interview saying that I would change too much and that 'they are doing everything perfectly now'. I've never experienced an interview quite like this before. Very unprofessional with the remarks and tone of voice. It's no wonder why this role has been open for months!
