Eccovia Solutions interview questions

I recently had an interview with eccovia and unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience with the interviewers. Despite their assurance that I would hear back from them after around four business days, I never received any communication and was ultimately ghosted. It is disheartening to see numerous negative diversity reviews on their page, indicating a pattern of poor follow-up and communication. I strongly recommend that the interviewers at eccovia improve their processes to ensure timely and respectful communication with candidates. This will prevent future applicants from going through the same frustration and uncertainty.

Was contacted on LinkedIn by a recruiter from a third party agency. I went through a phone screener with the recruiter to make sure the role was a good fit. The recruiter reached out again almost a week later to say that they wanted to setup a teams call with the hiring manager and his manager. I was then scheduled for a call a few days later that also include the VP of Engineering. I received a verbal offer from the recruiter then a written offer two days later.
