Interview
Dont do it...interviews are really easy. Ask you simple questions like tell me about yourself. When I first got there, I was waiting in a room with about 20 other people. I’m like “Damnn, this company hiring a lot!” Do your research before you apply! Once you pass the first round of interviews, they call yu back that day? To let you know if you pass or not. Red flag, way too fast. The second interview requires you to “shadow” them. They let you know that day, or the next day if they will hire you or not. So I basically got hired, and WASTED my time for about 3/4 days. NO you DO NOT get paid doing this “training” but you still go out to the locations they assign yu and try to get people to sign up to donate. And let me tell you. This donation isn’t a one time thing,...the customer HAVE to subscribe to donate for A YEAR, in order for you to get paid for that person. Everything is COMMISSION. And omg, you HAVE to be in the office at 8, to attend this mandatory office thing every morning where they get loud and lit to “boost” your mood for the day. And...yu don’t get paid for that. But required to go 😇😇. During my “shadowing” process, I was with another interviewee, and we talked. After I quit (3/4 day) I messaged you him and asked whether or not he was still working there. And he was like “hell no”. Just don’t do it...

Interview
Very informal mainly talked about why you should work for them. Complete pyramid scheme.
Wanted me to go outside a store or Tim Horton and promote something through a booth. As a trial venture.
the overall experience I felt they were misleading with their position title.

Interview
Initial interview has a brief history and intellectual questions. Then there's an observation of the possible job to show you how it works and to test your business savvy. Then a final interview to determine if you're right for the job.
