Interview
For an internship :
All the interviews are on the same day:
- math test (very very basic about %)
- personality test (doesn't impact anything) and they give you feedbacks after
- one interview with a Senior that ask you basic question (resume your CV, qualities, why Audit, why EY?)
- one group case (very simple really not a business case, it's just to see how you interact in group )
They are really slow to give you the feedbacks of your application. I waited for weeks.

An assessment center where the departments are presented, followed by the completion of 3 tasks: two in a team and one individually.
the tests were easy in difficulty, but they test teamwork and resilience, the assessment center lasts half a day
Está dividida en diferentes fases, me pareció una forma muy dinámica. Se basó en una prueba de inglés, test psicotécnico, dinámica en grupo, y entrevista con rrhh y negocio. Ha sido un proceso lento pero ha merecido la pena
