I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at EY (London, England) in Jun 2017
Interview
I attended an assessment day in London. First we got the chance to speak to about 6 current employees in the company in a networking style event. We were then split into two groups, where one group did a group exercise where we had to discuss all the strengths we were given on pieces of card and we were required as a group to choose the five most important strengths and describe how they related to EY's core values. At the end we had to present our decision as a group to the observers.
The other group did a task on laptops where you were given several real life situations and you had to respond to them as though you were an employee. e.g you receive an email from a colleague asking for a review of your first 2 weeks at the company and you have to respond to it.
At the end of the assesment there was food and you were given the chance to network with employees who had recently joined EY.
