Case study/behavioural questions, then one video interview. The case study is analysing charts and graphs, similar to what a day working in EY would be like I assume. Then a bunch of what would you do situations in the office.
Theinterview process took about 4 to 5 months, I applied in November and passed final interview early April. Unfortunately they'd filled and I'm in reserve list. The online test stage was not hard I suppose. The experience day gives candidates lots of chances to network with others, and the tests were not hard too.
Very straightforward and the team kept me well informed. Calls were relaxed and I didn't feel too much pressure to prepare or during. They were flexible with arranging interviews so as to fit around my schedule
