Interview
As long as you do necessary paperwork, attend training and pass the background check you’re hired to be an employee. There was no formal interview for this particular position. The paperwork wasn’t difficult but a little time consuming. Company worked quickly and efficiently.
The interview process is done online. All paperwork needs to be uploaded. Once your references are complete and background check you have to wait for an acceptance email. Then you’re good to go.

The interview process was very quick and easy. The interviewer was personable and I felt confident and comfortable during the interview. It was a seamless process and I was employed immediately.

Uploading resume, filling out questionnaire, and Zoom interview. The process was smooth, and ESS was responsive and timely. I was hired quickly. Everyone I spoke with during the hiring process was kind and communicated well.
