ESCADA interview questions

Very standard 1:1 interview with no set questions. More of a conversational style. Very low pressure but they left a lit of info out in their side as they didn't mention that the company was already insolvent and un big trouble. Wouldnt have been interested if I had known.

2 stage interview process arranged via a well known recruitment company. First interview was in the Manchester office with someone from Finance and another from HR. Fairly easy, interview with a quick Excel test thrown in. Second interview was very casual and met the HR director in a café. Seemed odd that the second interview was with someone from HR for a finance role as initially was told the final round of interviews would be with the FD. Not sure why HR would get the final say for a role they probably knew nothing about.
