Have multiple rounds and thus have opportunities to meet and get to know the people at different positions in the team you gonna work with. Great working atmosphere and colleagues.
It took then weeks to get back to me, then they said they would reach out the next day after each interview and took over a week. I talked to SEVEN different people

Took 4 long months. They did not reply to me in between, then got back to me a month later. The HR recruiter team and their communication is not the best I'd say.
