I applied online. I interviewed at EDUPOINT EDUCATIONAL SYSTEMS
Interview
Long story short, weeks after I applied, they scheduled an interview I was excited about. A day before the interview was set to happen, I got an email saying that they'd identified someone they intended to offer but we could still interview regardless. Why? For practice? I declined to avoid wasting everyone's time.

Question 1
Did I want to interview since they'd already identified who they wanted.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at EDUPOINT EDUCATIONAL SYSTEMS (Mesa, AZ) in Sep 2024
Interview
It was a mediocre interview experience
Pros: Awesome recruiter
Cons: Four unnecessary seperate interviews with the President for an entry level position - totally unheard of. I can see 2 or 3 interviews for entry level job but not 4. Questionable hiring managers making snied remarks like: "Why don't you go back to school if you are looking to get into software development?" The Hiring team was late 6-15 mins in every interview.

Interview
Was pretty straightforward. Talked to the team lead. They asked a handful of easy CS questions. Then heard back a few weeks later that I was accepted. Wasn't a difficult interview and the people interviewing me were kind.
