The first step after submitting the application was a CCAT and Preferred Work Style assessment. I didn't hear anything until about a month later when a recruiter reached out and I had a 30 minute interview with them. After the screening interview I was invited to virtual interviews with the team. Before the virtual interviews I had to complete two exercises and submit them to the interview team. I had 3 interviews (45 min) each and received an offer 5 days later. One of the exercises requiring Excel knowledge was difficult for me but other than that the process was about average.
