Interview
There was a face to face portion with current employees and an engineering test for basic concepts related to the product and work there. A calculator was needed for some questions.
Started with a knowledge test. Then went on to an interview with HR and then an interview with a main engineer. Walked through production to see self capabilities. Each interview was one after another. In the same day.
