Interview
5 person panel, 15 minutes long. Seemed great and agreed to a second interview. 4 person panel, 10 minutes long. Seemed great but apparently not great enough. They said they weren't moving forward with me. Then 2 weeks later I got a text to schedule an interview in their new rounds of interviews 😂 no thanks.

Super relaxed and nice people. Definitely come with a great personality and open mindset. Prepare to come with experiences from previous jobs to speak to. Not very intimidating if you bring the right energy and mindset.
There was a first round interview with multiple candidates and four interviewers, and a final round with the Operator at our stand. The first interview can be tricky since there are many candidates. Ultimately, they look for people who are very genuine and kind.
The interview is a fairly relaxed process. You should dress appropriately, but definitely okay to dress on the more casual side. Most of the questions are based on your personality.
