I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Dunkin' (Exeter, RI) in Nov 2011
Interview
Apply in store, and ask to speak to a hiring manager if one is available. This usually aids in getting the interview. There was one interview, and a phone call with a job offer after about one week of waiting. The manager said they would call back sooner, so expect possible delays.

Question 1
Explain a situation in which you had to deal with an unsatisfied customer?
It was very very easy, they basically just asked my availability and customer service experience. It was more like a conversation not an interview. They called back the same day.
Was pretty easy. they asked few questions. I answered pretty nonchalantly, and they responded pretty basically. Overall solid interview. Couldn't ask for more. Would rate ten out of ten. They asked about my experiences.
Was asked very simple questions covering things like availability, ability to handle cash, how much i expected to be paid, and the interview ended with a handshake and job offer
